By accessing or using APEX Hoops ("the Service"), available at apexhoops.fyi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
APEX Hoops provides NBA player impact ratings, analytics, and related data tools. The Service includes a free tier with basic access and a paid subscription tier ("Pro") with additional features including full metric breakdowns, player comparisons, CSV exports, and API access.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To access certain features, you must create an account. Account authentication is provided by a third-party identity service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
The Pro subscription is available on a monthly ($8/month) or annual ($70/year) billing cycle. Payment is processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Pro subscribers may access APEX ratings data through the provided API. API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as documented in the API documentation.

The APEX methodology, rating algorithms, and all associated branding, content, and software are the property of APEX Hoops. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited license to use it as described herein.
NBA team names, logos, and player likenesses are the property of the NBA and its teams. APEX Hoops is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA or any of its teams.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. APEX ratings are analytical estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for any decision, including but not limited to sports betting.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or ratings provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEX Hoops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription (if applicable) and discontinuing use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
